![]() ![]() ![]() The only way I have been able to get around this issue is to do a Powerwash on the affected Chromebooks - this appears to free up the account and/or cache/history, enabling the pupil to once again log in to Typing Club. And it doesn't necessrily seem to be a case of the last account to log in has a greater chance of experiencing the problem. the affected pupils can't even log in on a separate Chromebook device. The problem remains even after clearing the History, signing out and restarting the afffected devices. ![]() (Altogether, 25 Chromebooks are being used in the same room at the same time for the typing session.) NOTE: I confirmed the url entered by the pupils is correct and the broadband signal is stable and strong. The affected Chromebook gets caught in this Wait loop (seemingly) indefinitely (even after others in the room log out and turn off their devices). ![]()
